About WNC IT Pro

WNC IT Pro grew from a simple belief: technology companies should put the customer first.

After years of dedicated work with an IT company serving Western North Carolina, the direction and vision of that organization began to change. Rather than move away from the customer-focused approach we believed in, we chose to continue down the original path and build something of our own.

WNC IT Pro started with small beginnings and a straightforward philosophy: listen to our customers, understand how their businesses operate, recommend practical technology solutions, and be available when they need us.

Over time, those beginnings developed into a network of loyal customers who rely on WNC IT Pro to help keep their businesses connected, productive, and secure.

As those relationships grew, so did the services customers asked us to provide.

What might begin as an IT support request could lead to improving a business network, replacing outdated Wi-Fi, managing Microsoft 365, installing structured cabling, deploying a business phone system, improving cybersecurity, implementing backup solutions, or helping a customer solve a difficult internet-connectivity problem.

That evolution helped shape WNC IT Pro into the company it is today.

We are not interested in selling technology simply because it is new. We believe technology should solve a problem, improve an operation, reduce risk, or help a business work more effectively.

That customer-first philosophy remains at the center of WNC IT Pro.
